I called numerous companies in the local Buffalo area yesterday for an urgent next day move. I called numerous companies that did not have the availability except for Alpaca. They reached back out to me, scheduled the move and everything was done quickly and efficiently. They even moved my service up due to a cancellation.

Let start with I'm so happy I found this company! The movers Merel and Kai were beyond helpful! The hospitality was amazing! And the Move Coordinator made it a smooth and happy move! Let me tell you I had some issues with the storage place and Kai & Merel helped me to get it right! Thank you guys for your patience and labor ! Amazing work ! Will use you guys when it's time to move my stuff to New York! Thank You Alpaca Moving for the hospitality!

Jemal, JJ and Gully were amazing. Showed up right time, worked super efficiently and did a great job taking care of all of our furniture and belongings. Would recommend to anyone. Super polite and respectful as well. 10/10

Just moved. Guys were a godsend. Helped me pack what I didn't have packed up yet and completely disassembled and reassembled all of my big furniture as well as removing and replacing railings in the house I moved from. They did everything from delicate furniture to the washer and dryer to a cast iron grill. They even helped set up some things in my new place. The whole time they were polite, professional, and worked as fast as they could, given that it was 14 degrees outside the whole day! Could not recommend them more!

Alpaca moving services moved me from Buffalo NY to Rochester NY They handled my local move efficiently, wrapped all furniture properly, and treated my items as if they were their own. I recommend this moving company 100%. They were honest, efficient, nice, very careful with my items. Because I can't remember names good, J, J, & W, were the movers. They were extremely professional and I felt very comfortable leaving my belongings in their hands. I have moved many times in Arizona and other places and by far these guys were the best. Price wise and getting a moving appointment at such short notice was the biggest thing also for me but when I met the movers, it just made the experience so much better. They have a great big truck that is taller than you haul and an automatic lift on the back so they don't need to walk your furniture up and down a ramp. Thank you J, J, & W for making moving a smooth experience and taking a lot of the stress off. You guys were excellent! A 1000% recommend. Kristen
